Find your calm within Join Emily, a body-based therapist, and Karen, an anxiety coach, for a 90-minute workshop on May 30th designed to help you better understand anxiety and learn simple, practical tools to support a calmer mind and a more regulated nervous system. Through a blend of education, breathwork, gentle movement, and essential oil experiences, you’ll explore how stress can show up in the body and how to begin shifting into a more grounded, balanced state. This workshop combines anxiety and nervous system education with hands-on practices to help you reconnect with your body and support emotional balance in a simple, approachable way. You’ll leave feeling more centered and equipped with tools you can easily bring into your everyday life. Emily Desmarais is a body-based therapist for over 10 years and wellness advocate passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel more at ease within themselves.
